For The Sisters

Our lives become so hectic that we sometimes forget about those who help us stand strong. Let’s slow things down a bit this week and make time to show some appreciation.

For me, my little sister keeps me laughing through quite a few tough times. Today happens to be her birthday, so this post is dedicated to her! Whether you’re blood related or simply can’t be separated, share these songs and lyrics with sisters that you definitely put before misters.

If you want to feel alive, then learn to love your ground...Sister don’t let go.
— "Sister" by Mumford & Sons
Picture you’re the queen of everything, far as the eye can see. Under your command, I will be your guardian when all is crumbling, steady your hand.
— "Never Say Never" by The Fray
I hope you never lose your sense of wonder. You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger...I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean. Whenever one door closes, I hope one more opens.
