What is your experience with Dreamboarding? Please explain: I've created a visionboard with my husband and we have reach many of our visions. Seeing your visions/dreams make it easier to become reality. I know that when you can create dreamboards then your dreams are endless.

What are your dreams, goals, hopes for the future?: One of my goals is to complete my master program in education.
Another goal is for our (my husband and I) two businesses to start.
My hope is that I continue to teach or coach other teachers on the Leeward Coast of Oahu because these students are the ones that need stability the most.

What tools do you use to support yourself in creating dreams, encouraging yourself to pursue those dreams and holding yourself accountable?: I don't know if you would say these are tools. But when I create dreams I always keep in mind myself, my family, and my reasons why. Myself, my family, and my reasons why are also what encourages me to keep pursuing my dreams and to also create me dreams.

As a leader in the education system, how do you inspire students to discover their dreams and encourage them to pursue them? What strategy do you use to hold them accountable?: I talk to my students about the different types of dreams you can have and I tell them the truth that sometimes it might be rough or hard but if they can push through the hard times their dreams are endless. Working with students so young, their only dream it to be like their parents so by showing them my visionboard and how it became reality they were shocked and inspired to dream bigger. To hold my students accountable, I just the growth mindset strategy in my classroom. This gives my students an understanding and reflection if the have a fixed mindset or if they are at their full potential.
