Phase Two - Creating a Business Board

  • Create a draft for your Business Mission Statement.

  • Establish or reestablish your business priorities.

Phase Four - Goal Setting

  • Recap on goal achievement and one minute managing system.
  • Discover and implement a more proficient method in prioritizing, delegating, and creating more time to help your organization adapt and prosper.
  • Create 90 Day measurable business goals for clarity and efficiency.
  • Filter and prioritize your new measurable goals.
  • Apply the learned goal setting techniques in all areas of your business to generate successful results.

Phase Five - Company Maintenance

Together we will

  • Create an accountability relationship to ensure the implementation of the goal success plan.
  • Stay on task and achieve your goals.
  • Review, assess, refine, and revitalize 90 Day goal success plan to clarify and keep momentum.
  • Discuss and set tasks to keep on trackh with your company’s current set business goals.
  • Create a total of four 90 Day Goals throughout the year.
  • Discuss, assess, and refine two week tasks every two weeks totalling to three check-in sessions.
