“The Art of Dreamboarding” method was born while going through the most difficult time in my life. In less than 6 months I found myself 30 pounds heavier, overwhelmed and helpless in my career, and going through a divorce. Not to mention saying goodbye to our dogs, cars, and home. It was the ending of the so-called “dream life” I thought I’d built. But deep down I hadn’t truly been happy.
I didn’t look or feel like myself anymore. I felt ashamed and alone. I quickly found myself experiencing a deep depression and avoided being seen altogether.
Shortly after, my friend who was going through a similar transition invited me to make what she called “vision boards” together. I went from feeling broken, lost, and unmotivated to being overcome with clarity. I felt a sense of liberation and freedom.
Gaining clarity on my new desires gave me something to look forward to and shifted my focus from what was going wrong to instead what I want moving forward. I released those 30 pounds, conquered the fear of public speaking, and felt empowered and excited about life again.
I completely transformed my life and I’ve now supported over a thousand clients around the world. My unique “Art of Dreamboarding'' method uses a combination of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Feng Shui, and guided visualizations. I combine those techniques with everything I’ve learned from my life coaches, business coaches, and experiences from personal development programs.

I joined a workshop collaboration between Aloha DreamBoard and Wahine Rise in 2022. The atmosphere Tiare creates magical and confirming. A physical dreamboard activates your physical senses when you put your pen to paper. This allows your subconscious mind to absorb the intentions you set, even more, making it more effective. Our method involves a deep dive into taking the time to figure out what’s important to you. It’s much more meaningful and effective when it comes from within you and not from an outside source.

A bit of a minimalistic look at the moment. Ready for a revamp! Some really huge dreams have become realized since the creation of this board a few short months ago. Manifesting my dream home, my dream career as a Rebirth + Death Doula, and some huge changes to my health and wellness.
